Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the booking source, reservation type, property-specific policies, and any applicable promotional rates. Guests should carefully review cancellation terms before completing a reservation.

2. Direct Booking Cancellation Policy

Full Refund — Guests will receive a 100% refund of amounts paid if cancellation is received 30 days or more before check-in.

Partial Refund — Guests will receive a 50% refund if cancellation is received 14–29 days before check-in.

No Refund — No refund will be provided if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before check-in.

3. Same-Day Reservations

Reservations made within 14 days of arrival are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe Payment Processing and returned to the original payment method. Typical processing time is 5–15 business days.

5. Third-Party Platform Reservations

Reservations through Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com follow those platforms' cancellation policies. EasyPoint Stays cannot override platform decisions regarding refunds.

6. Early Departure

No refund will be provided for:

  • Early check-out
  • Unused nights
  • Voluntary departure unless required by law or approved in writing by EasyPoint Stays

7. Property Rule Violations

No refund will be issued if a reservation is terminated due to:

  • Unauthorized parties
  • Excess occupancy
  • Smoking violations
  • Illegal activity
  • Excessive noise complaints
  • Property damage

8. Force Majeure

Refunds due to weather, natural disasters, airline cancellations, travel delays, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond EasyPoint Stays' control are not guaranteed. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

9. Chargebacks

Guests agree to contact EasyPoint Stays before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in legal action and recovery costs.
